Lisa and Andrew Cox married on 28th June, 2010, and held their reception at The Chateau in Croydon. Their theme was Victorian lace with red and silver colours. Lisa says: "We had recently been on holiday, so we agreed not to buy anniversary or Christmas presents for each other, but one day I got home from work and there was a big silver present under the tree. I told Andrew I wouldn't open it until Christmas Day, because I thought it was a coffee machine. He persuaded me to open it, and I found a saucepan inside. I couldn't believe he was so excited about a saucepan set! I then found another wrapped parcel and after a few more layers I realised the parcel contained something hard. Then, in my hands was a tiny jewellery box. "I looked up and saw Andrew had been in front of me on one knee the whole time. He took my hand and asked me if I would marry him. Inside the box was the most perfect ring I had ever seen. Of course I said 'yes'! "On the day itself, after the ceremony, we enjoyed a romantic horse and carriage ride through the leafy streets, complete with a glass of champagne. This gave us the chance to be alone and take in the day together, in the midst of all the excitement. "As a surprise we organised a dance lesson for all of our guests. After our first dance we called everyone onto the dancefloor and the lesson began. It was great way of getting everyone mingling."
